After leading the Flagship mobile industry OnePlus is planning to launch the affordable market segment by launching new budget smartphones, This was said by the CEO Pete Lau revealed in an interview. The company has many strategies for Launching Budget smartphones in India. It has been expected that the company will bring its “lower-priced” devices to markets in Europe and North America in the Later part of this year. This new move by OnePlus can put Xiaomi and Realme in trouble because it will increase the competition in the budget smartphones range.
“We can look at it as having a more affordable product offering,” Lau said in the interview with Fast Company, “but all products that still remain up to the OnePlus standard… and through this enabling more people to have access to OnePlus products.”
OnePlus has started its Smartphone journey in April 2014 and the first model has received great hits in flagship smartphones and it was also named as a “flagship killer” by the company. It was launched in India at Rs. 21,999, which was significantly cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy S5, Samsung’s flagship of that time.
That was the past times of the One Plus but Currently, OnePlus is Leader in providing Flagship and premium Smartphones and it has also received various hits in almost all the Countries.
